LEVEL II MINDFULNESS COURSE (MBSR)
Suitable for people who have completed an 8-Week Course in Mindfulness, MBSR or MBCT.

What will the course cover?
The focus of the course will be on deepening your meditation practice, extending your mindfulness practice into your daily life, building your skills at dealing with difficult thoughts, emotions and physical sensations, and deepening your understanding of the philosophical ideas underlying mindfulness.

Who is the course suitable for?
The course is open to beginners and to people who have meditated before in other settings. The only course requirement is that you make a commitment to attend all the sessions and set up and maintain a daily meditation and mindfulness practice. What does the course involve?
The course will cover the core syllabus of Jon Kabat-Zinn's course in MBSR, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, including mindfulness of breathing and body scan meditations, breathwork and bodywork, input and discussion on the theory and principles of mindfulness and the opportunity to apply the teachings to your life and experience.
