Why mindfulness coaching?

Coaching is personalised. Working one-to-one, you are able to focus on your goals, at a pace and time that suits you. You will be supported in deepening your meditation and bringing the skills and strategies of mindfulness into your day-to-day life.

Coaching is suitable for beginners and people who have some meditation and mindfulness experience.

What’s mindfulness mentoring?

Mentoring is suitable for people who already have a meditation practice and would like the opportunity to reflect on and deepen their practice. You may well have attended a meditation group or course but would like the support and challenge of working one-to-one.

Coaching aims

  • develop and deepen your meditation and mindfulness practices
  • integrate mindfulness into your day to day life
  • reflect on where you are and how you are currently living
  • explore the ways in which you might like to change this
  • work towards making those changes

It is also possible to do coaching and mentoring over the telephone or through Skype.


FEES:

First session £20

Follow on sessions:

  • £40 per session (one hour)
  • £120 per 4 sessions (paid in advance)
