What is it?
Membership gives you access to an on-going programme of mindfulness training and support.
Why join up?
The Mindful Space Membership Programme gives you the opportunity to:
· have regular input from experienced mindfulness trainers
· practise mindfulness meditation in a group
· stay connected with the people you trained with and develop your mindfulness network
· reflect on your practice through one-to-one mentoring sessions and
· develop your mindfulness meditation with Half-day retreats
Who is it for?
Membership is aimed at people who have completed an 8-week mindfulness course. If you have any questions about this, get in touch.

Half-day retreats - online:
2 each term: Saturday mornings, 10am-1pm (via zoom) Saturdays 29 January and 26 March 2022
Mentoring:
One-to-one sessions (2 per year), phone/Skype with trainers: Vicki or Keith. (During Covid mentoring sessions are 30 mins once a month.)
